Catfish are a type of fish with whisker-like feelers near their mouth, like a cat’s. They are found in large numbers in the Arabian Sea. Wild catfish get their taste from the water they live in. While they are not considered a premium fish, their eggs and swim bladders are popular for export.
Size: Around 200 grams to 3 kilograms per fish.
