Asian Sea Bass (Daangri)

Barramundi (also known as Asian Sea Bass or Bhetki) is a hidden gem! It's one of the tastiest fish in Pakistan and is also loved around the world. Top restaurants serve it because it’s delicious and easy to cook.

It gives nice, boneless fillets and can be cooked whole or as cutlets. The meat has big flakes and a firm texture, making it great for many recipes.

Fish size: About 2 to 5 kg each.
